As always a wonderful post. I love the perspectives you shared. It is all too easy to get caught up in our own grief over the diagnosis and not nurture our partners as we would like.
My husband and I had plans to hike the Adirondack together, and talking about that lost dream helped us get back on track to focus on what we can do together instead. We have had some lovely adventures since I got my electric wheelchair.
